Panda Press creates bespoke leaflet for deal website 

Why would you use a purely online printer? Perhaps you think they’ll save you time and money. Maybe you need a special print run completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

That’s certainly what Craig Price assumed when he wanted to create a bespoke mailshot to advertise his new website, We Get A Deal, and encourage local businesses to sign up to the platform.

Craig initially contacted local designer Vicky Stanaway, of Tuk Tuk Creative Marketing, with an idea of a leaflet which would fold out into four different sections and asked her to produce a design to bring his concept to life.

Vicky in turn recommended our printing services but before asking Panda Press to take on the project, he wanted to see if an online printer could beat our quote.

After all, We Get A Deal is a website that connects local consumers with local businesses and finds the best possible price for everything from restaurants to days out. It was only right for Craig to put us to the test!

When two weeks had gone by, Craig got back in touch and said he had been unable to find an online printer to complete the job at a cost he was happy with. More than that, because online printers work to templates, they were unable to undertake the special folds that were important to the bespoke effect he was looking for.

Craig says: “I was convinced I was going to find cheaper by searching the internet but after two weeks of research, I found that wasn’t the case. What’s more, I couldn’t find anyone to print the design I wanted.

“The Panda Press team were able to advise me about paper stock and gave me a hard copy proof too – again this is something that I wasn’t going to get from the online printers I contacted.

“We’ll now be sending out the leaflets to local businesses in the Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire regions and encouraging them to sign up to We Get A Deal.

“The end result from Panda Press was fabulous and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
